Barcelona of the Eixample is about dressing the city of your life, your sitio on Planet Earth. The engineer Ildefons Cerdà designed it around 1850. He imagined a city with islands 100 by 100 meters on each side with silent interior gardens and streets 20 meters wide to coexist with the different types of transport present and future. Streets that run from sea to mountain and from east to west. An easy city where one street goes up, the other goes down. A neighbourhood on every street with two football teams, culture everywhere, open arms, mixed traditions, cutting-edge technology, activities in every square, a lifestyle. And so it is now Barcelona of the Eixample.
